What We’re Looking For

We hire landscapers and mowers who show up, work hard, and treat customers and properties with respect. This is outdoor physical work year-round in central Indiana weather. If you’re serious about it, there’s a place for you here.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience with a landscaping company
2. Valid driver’s license
3. Clean background
4. Strong work ethic
5. Ability to work in heat and cold
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
7. Able to operate standard landscaping equipment
8. Professional attitude on every job site
